Apply & get approved
We will assess your eligibility, buy the property and rent it to you.
3.
Move in
The contract is signed for renting at a fixed rate for 3 years, with the choice of paying annually or monthly
4.
Buy your apartment and get back a year's worth of rent
If you decide to buy the property, we'll refund you a full year's rent
